I’m fairly certain that “All ready and set to dispatch Moose!” should be “All ready and set to dispatch, Moose!”. Without the comma, he seems to be saying he is ready to dispatch a moose.

You also need commas after “Jason” in panel 2 and “Besides” in panel 4. The comma is on the wrong side of “but” in panel 4, as well.
