Strawberry Death Cake Store
December 14th, 2009
Got the Strawberry Death Cake store in the works right now. Some of the things I have in mind to sell in the store are posters of SDC characters and a Strawberry Death Cake print comic. I’ve considered t-shirts but they are out of my budget at the moment. If you have any requests of things you might like to see, let me know.

1. A comic book is more portable than a laptop and you don’t need Wifi access.
2. Its easier to flip through paper pages than click through endless links online.
3. It’s a nice way to support the artist and also you can share the art (I have friends who I can easily get to read comics but they don’t have the patience/attention span to keep up with webcomic updates.)
So there.

1. I don’t own a laptop and check the site daily anyway.
2. Not in my opinion!
3. I have to admit, that’s almost a decisive argument, however, I have plenty of friends that work the opposite.

Haha in that case then I suppose you have a point or three.

You might try one of them sites like zazzle.com or cafepress.com to get some t-shirts going, I don’t think I’d use them long-term for something like this- probably once you can afford it, you’d do better hawking your own shirts or somesuch, but just to get started… They let you create designs for the shirts(and other products) then they print them up and send them out as ordered and you get a percentage of the sales. I rather fancy a strawberry death cake shirt of some kind… :)
The artwork, quirky storyline, and constant sexiness are great. And the moose.

I would love to be able to purchase a dead tree version of SDC. I haven’t been reading long but I love the style of your art work, its what first caught my eye and then the story is what made me read the archive in one siting. The great looking ladies didn’t hurt none either ; ) thanks for doing this and if there was a way to buy SDC stuff I would do it.

Idea! Idk if they’re cheaper than shirts but I’d rock some SDC undies haha! And maybe someday PJs.
But on a cheaper note, maybe cards? Blank ones, preferably so they can be used for any occasion.

T-shirts and buttons good. maybe fabric patches to save some cash. what’s always good, is something significant to the comic that can be used. idk about a strawberry deathcake waffles iron (i.e. the moose) but that’s the basic general direction i like. when it’s weird and interesting and means something to fans and the comic, it’s a win.

Along the lines of Chaotica’s idea, I use Spreadshirt.com, as, if you give them a vector graphic, they can automatically resize it, and I’ve had no problems with the clothing. GL with anything you decide to do.

How about a t shirt that says beware bicurious buttsnuggling or vote for moose?
